I've tried to upload a document but I keep getting error messages.

There could be a few reasons:

Is there an existing document with the same name? All document names must be unique.
Have you tried to upload more than five documents at a time? You can only upload five documents in one upload.
What is the size of the attached files? The current size limit per upload is 1GB.

wf_order_type	rsmukdigitalproducts.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	rsmukdigitalproducts.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
